Free food pantries, groceries and pantries in Staten Island.

Find where and how to get free food near you, today, in Staten Island. Churches, charities, and government programs help feed families. Staten Island residents can receive short term assistance from food pantries in the region. Many of the centers are operated by non-profit agencies, churches, and other charity organizations. Families that meet qualifications can receive groceries, hot meals and food from the centers which will provide them time to explore longer term solutions. Find details below as well as a phone number at the bottom of the page for more details.

The food banks and pantries may distribute a wide range of goods to the low income. Depending on the center and what has been donated, it can include fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen foods, baby formula, and meals customized for senior citizens. There are often free personal hygiene stuff or household supplies as well as Meals on Wheels services.
