Find where Middlesex County families that live on a low income or that are in a crisis can get help during the holidays. Learn how to get free Christmas gifts from Toys for Tots, Adopt a Family or Angel Tree. Or get free food baskets at Thanksgiving as well as Christmas. There are charity organizations, churches as well as non-profits that provide free Christmas gifts to kids, food boxes or celebrations to the elderly. The goal is to help ensure the less fortunate get help during the holidays.

Other holiday help is offered too for low income families, the elderly, immigrants or single moms among others. Once the toys, games, electronics, clothing, etc. run out, then no more families in Middlesex County NJ can be assisted.

Charity Kings Inc.

Volunteers hold many fund raisers, including at Christmas and back to school. Donations of toys, clothes, gift cards for retailers such as Target, and other items are available. They help children and the working poor at the holidays as well as Christmas.

United Fellowship Baptist Church

Salvation Army - Holiday Programs

The government program only assists South Plainfield residents that are low income and/or in need. The office has Thanksgiving food boxes and meals, vouchers for groceries, free Christmas gifts, winter clothing, and other aid.

Women who are clients can get help. There may be free Christmas toys, food, clothes, books and more for women as well as single moms with kids. They also help the disabled or migrants. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other free holiday meals are offered by the Middlesex County charity.

Catholic Charity churches in Middlesex County
Several assistance programs are offered. There is a low cost thrift store, soup kitchen for hot holiday meals, small Christmas toys for kids or teens, Adopt a family, and other holiday assistance. Continue with help from Middlesex County Catholic Charities.

Toys for Tots of Middlesex County NJ
Children, teenagers and infants can get help. There is help for low income as well as working poor households. Get free toys or gifts like Legos, video games, dolls, toy trucks for boys, star wars figures and so much more. There are multiple application sites in Middlesex County for both (1) donations to Toys for Tots as well as (2) places for parents to apply.

Basic needs can be met. This includes, but is not limited too, referrals, Christmas meals or toys, immigration services, and much more, including holiday help. They give children, including immigrants and women facing violence, free Christmas gifts, certificates, hot meals and other goods.

United Way of Central Jersey's - MiddleSex County
They run a Gift of the Season Program. It is an adopt a family program for the entire family, and the goal is to help low-income, unemployed and struggling families get basic needs.
