Free clinics in Florida may offer immunizations, physical examinations, family planning, treatment of common ailments, lab work, OB/GYN and diagnosis for low income people. Many centers operate under the so called ability-to-pay basis, so patients pay what they can afford to for their bills, and sometimes services are free.
