Free and low cost dental clinics Florida.

Non-profit or charitable dental clinics, volunteer dentists or government programs provide free or reduced cost dental care to Florida patients. Free or affordable care is given to low income families, the elderly, people on Medicaid, uninsured, as well as children or adults in Florida. Get free emergency dental including root canals or oral surgery, preventative cleanings, dentures and more. Find a free dental clinic near you in FL.

People with Medicare, Medicaid, or who are on disability will also get access to free or affordable (low cost) dental services. Each Florida dental clinic will offer some type of either preventative or emergency care. There may be wisdom teeth removal or X-Rays. Adults and children can also get free cleanings, dental check ups, fillings, teeth removal and other services.

Locations will also offer services to the low income, disadvantaged, and those families in Florida that are uninsured. Free implants or dentures for seniors in FL are combined with support such as check-ups. There also tends to be free dental care for both children and adults as the centers are often part of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or government rural clinic programs.

Or a dentist may give free care or charge based on income, such as a sliding fee clinic. Some of the dental centers may charge what is called a sliding fee, so a patient will need to pay only what they can afford towards their bills. Other may offer dental care for no charge or a cheap price, including a dentists for people in Florida with no income. There are also a number of other free health care programs for low income households.

Free college or technical dental schools for care
Each of these locations have students, professors, and full time, affordable dentists on site. They offer affordable or low cost dental service, such as cleanings, exams, X-rays, and more. All of the care is high quality and supervised. Some basic oral surgery may be arranged too.

The unemployed, patients on Medicaid and/or Medicare, and working poor can use the clinic. Based on income, some patients may be given free dental cleanings or check ups. This free dental clinic mostly relies on volunteer dentists and hygienists, as well as support staff. It is a federal government qualified center. Get fillings, root canal services, check-ups for cavities and other care.

Pinellas County Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) - Bayside Health Clinic

Florida Community Health Centers (FCHC)
A non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center. They do not turn anyone away. People of all ages, races, immigration statuses can get medical or dental help. They assist families with no insurance or limited coverage, and people on Medicaid. Services are bilingual too. Get free preventative cleanings, fluoride treatment, Sealants, surgery, teeth extractions and more.
