Philadelphia city and county free healthcare clinics.

There are a number of low cost or free community clinics in the city and county of Philadelphia. The health and dental centers assist the low income, patients who have no health insurance or are underinsured, seniors, the elderly and underserved. Community health centers may offer a wide range of services, ranging from blood pressure checks to family practitioners, vaccinations, basic teeth cleaning, free prescription drugs and more.

Each and every clinic, whether it is sliding fee or free, will offer their own form of financial assistance. Some will have a charity care program. Others give free medical or dental care no questions asked. Other providers in Philadelphia are income based, meaning minimal fees may be due. But the bottom line is all of these will be either free clinics or low cost health centers.

Find everything from emergency medical services to teeth cleaning or extractions, diabetes management or preventative care and so much more. There may even be free supplies for diabetics. Clinics may also be federal government qualified and try there best to not turn anyone away.
