Palm Beach County and nearby area free Christmas and holiday assistance.

During the holidays, Palm Beach County and nearby charities help children from low income families. There are free Christmas toys, books, games as well as regional programs including Toys for tots and Angel Tree. Other assistance during Christmas and other major holidays is for senior citizens, the homeless, and unemployed among others. Find everything from free Christmas presents to meals, gift cards, toys, turkey dinners, clothing, and more. Resources encompass St. Lucie, Pam Beach, and Martin County.

Depending on the charity organization, some only offer hot meals or food baskets. Other charities have collected new, unwrapped presents as well as toys, and these are then passed out to children from lower income households in Palm Beach and nearby areas.

Note most of the programs operate on a first come and served basis. This means that residents should register as early as possible for free toys or other help at Christmas. Many of the leading agencies to apply at are noted below.
