The Community Oriented Primary Care Clinics are a network of low cost or free health centers that are located throughout Harris County. Each clinic in the region provides primary health care for patients all ages, including treatment of acute and chronic problems, nutritional counseling, dental concerns, health maintenance exams, prescriptions, or free geriatric assessments,.
