Volunteers and other staff are at each food pantry. They are committed to providing free food, groceries, and meals to as many people as possible. If they can’t help you meet you need, they will usually refer you to other locations in Summit County, or help you apply for federal government or state of Ohio assistance programs such as SNAP food stamps or WIC. There are other USDA programs that can also be relied on to preventing hunger, such as surplus commodities or free school lunches.
