Salvation Army Food Banks

Assistance is also for the Contra Costa cities of Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg, Richmond, Rodeo, San Pablo, as well as Walnut Creek. Distribution occurs at dozens of sites, including parks, schools, libraries, charities and other locations.

Residents have several free food assistance programs available to them. The goal is stop hunger in the community. One is the produce program, which gives up to 20 lbs of fruits as well as vegetables.
