Free dental clinics in Tennessee provide cleanings, exams, and more to the uninsured and low income families. Children, adults, veterans, disabled people and seniors, including patients on Medicaid (TennCare) or Medicare, can get assistance. There may even be free emergency dental care or regular check ups. Find out where the clinics and health centers in Tennessee are located below, as some may be near you. There are also low-cost as well as cheap clinics for health quality dental care.

The services vary, with many low-income clinics being federal government qualified and others are considered rural dental centers. Get check ups, cleanings, exams, root canals, fluoride and other care. There is also a phone number at the bottom of the page for referrals to other free dental care in Tennessee.

Each free or sliding fee dental center across Tennessee may offer slightly different services. They also will have different payment scales and plans. For example, some centers may provide free dental care including cleanings or check-ups, X-Rays, and others will charge patients a small fee that is based on their total household income. Regardless, most of the free dental clinics near you will not turn anyone away and at lease provide them some form of assistance as part of Federally Qualified Health Center. They are also a great place to turn to for information on assistance programs, such as those offered by the state or federal government including Medicaid.
