San Jose and Santa Clara County community clinics and health centers provide free or low cost medical as well as dental care. There will be assistance for low-income families, the uninsured, homeless and patients on Med-Cal (Medicaid). Many of the free clinics are government qualified and offer sliding fee services. A wide range of services are offered. There is free health or dental care, prescriptions, check ups, OB/GYN, eye exams, Telehealth or receive reduced bills. Or get help from doctors or dentists with root canals, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics and basic lab tests. Every facility is also committed to providing the highest quality services at the lowest prices, with prescription drugs, PAP assistance programs and other financial aid. Santa Clara County clinics for free medical or dental care

Gardner Family Health Network, Inc. – This non-profit, Federally qualified medical organization has many clinics, hospitals, health and dental centers, and locations across Santa Clara County California. Many of their locations have a sliding fee scale in place which may in effect offer free health care to the lowest income and people in poverty. Homeless adults, kids, and people will get free medial, psychology, dental and more.

Some of the services provided may include prescription medications, checkup, family care, lab work, dental cleanings, and much more. There are free immunizations, STD checks, women’s and urgent care, Optometry as well as telemedicine. Locations of the centers in the network are as follows. All of the centers referenced immediately above are part of the Gardner Family Health Network, one of the biggest medical providers in Santa Clara County. Financial aid and charity care may be offered to those that qualify. They are a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center that helps immigrants, asylum seekers, have non-English staff and provide other services.

Various free or low cost care is provided to kids, adults, people on Med-Cal or Medicare and uninsured. Multiple free centers are in Santa Clara County. Get dental cleanings, physicals,  Diagnostic laboratory and radiological services, childhood immunization and prenatal care, OB/GYN and more.
