San Bernardino County transitional housing and shelter.

Whether you are facing eviction or are currently homeless, there are several housing assistance programs located in San Bernardino California. Services include shelter, transitional housing, and help in locating and paying for a permanent home. Case managers will also usually assist individuals in that order.

The centers also focus on homeless prevention and rehousing. This means that a non-profit may be able to direct a family facing eviction to emergency rental assistance programs in southern California.
