Free holiday help in Pasco County.

Several charities are involved in providing free holiday assistance to the less fortunate in Pasco County Florida. For those that register, and are approved, there may be presents for children, such as toys or small gifts. Senior citizens in Pasco County as well as the working poor are often able to get help at the holidays of Thanksgiving as well as Christmas.

Volunteers from each of the locations are involved in collecting funds as well as donations from the community. Churches, businesses, and charities (such as the Salvation Army) provide gifts, surplus food, and toys as part of services such as Adopt a Family. The goal is to always meet the specific, unique need of the kid. Or if the Pasco County client is elderly, to provide them both a Christmas meal and company so they are not alone.
