Palm Beach County free clothes, furniture, and back to school supplies

Whether you need free clothes for school, work, or everyday living, clothing closets and distribution centers in Palm Beach County Florida may be able to help. A number of centers provide new or gently used items to needy and low income families, including free furniture or medical equipment. Among other things they can help children and teenagers get school supplies, work clothing for people starting a new job or going on an interview. The centers do what they can to help the less fortunate.

Several programs operate in Palm Beach County that either pay for (from vouchers) or distribute for free new or secondhand clothing. Low income families, children, and others who may be struggling are the key beneficiaries. Often included in their services are clothing exchange programs, Christmas assistance, free school supplies or backpacks and more. While not as common, some of the centers may offer financial assistance, items such as furniture, diapers, crutches or wheelchairs for seniors, and they may even coordinate job training programs.
