Find details on free food banks, soup kitchens and pantries that provide free groceries in Las Vegas as well as Clark County NV. They help low income families and people with little or no money that are facing a hardship. Groceries, meals, free food, personal toiletries, Meals on Wheels, and more is offered. Locate a free food pantry near you in the Clark County Nevada area.

All of the centers are not for profit organizations / charities and are either funded by donations from the public or private sector. The food pantries in Clark County, including Henderson and the Vegas area, have a number of programs to feed struggling residents or pass out free food to the low-income, including immigrants and homeless. Free government commodities, client choice food pantries that are open daily, Home delivery of meals are more is offered, including information on programs such as SNAP food stamps and EBT card.

Most Las Vegas based food banks also have a drive-thru. They will provide some amount of assistance to anyone who calls or stops by, no matter their circumstances or background. In addition to the free food, many locations also offer such items as toilet paper, baby formula, diapers, holiday meals, free personal hygiene or household supplies. They also assist during the holidays, and offer Easter, Thanksgiving, or free Christmas food baskets or Turkey dinners.

Many of the centers also have staff on site who can help people apply for government food assistance, Feeding America programs in Las Vegas, and other public aid. Get help in applying for free school lunches or breakfast, SNAP food stamps, Meals on Wheels for the elderly and other resources.

Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Clark County
There are multiple locations in the region. They operate food pantries as well as thrift stores. There may be free groceries, pasta, feminine products or household cleaning supplies. Items may be baby formula, cereal, canned fruits or meat, and and more.

  • Another office is at 204 S. Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015. Call 702-877-9500. The Society food pantry operates on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. and on Thursdays from 9:00 - 11:00 A.M.

United Way Emergency Food and Shelter Partners
They offer information, referrals, and other resources. Callers can learn about different resources. They serve immigrants, the low income, refer seniors to Meals on Wheels and congregate meals, and other aid. The charity helps the low income. They provide cultural meals too, such as those for Spanish speakers or immigrants from Mexico.

  • ​Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada has multiple social services. Dial 702.385.2662.
  • There is also pantry and meals in Henderson Nevada (call 702.565.9578) as well as Mesquite (dial 702.345.5116).
  • Jewish Family Service Agency helps the elderly, disabled, Jewish families, and those in poverty. Call 702.732.0304.
