Greenleaf Foundation has free car programs for single moms in all parts of GA. The goal of the program, known as Autogift, is to help woman with small kids – infants, newborns, babies and those teenagers’ years and younger. A free car, SUV or some other mode of transportation will also come with a car seat (for infants/newborns) and all recipients need to be working towards self-sufficiency.
Local Community Action Agencies in Georgia offer eligible individuals transportation, including a free car or even truck for a job. People must be enrolled in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program and be referred by placement staff or case managers.
