Fairfax County free Christmas and holiday assistance.

Parents from Fairfax County that need free Christmas gifts or toys for their children, or a meal, can receive help from a wide variety of charities and non-profit organizations. A number of agencies, volunteer groups and even churches across the Northern Virginia area provide holiday help to low income families and the working poor.

The holiday programs vary in what they can provide to families, and it may range from hot meals to gift baskets and toys. Some of the centers may deliver a meal to a senior or elderly person, including the homebound or someone in a hospital. As a result of these various services, children from Fairfax County may be able to have a present to open at Christmas.
