People from the Colorado Springs area can shop for low priced goods at a thrift store. The goal of many of these centers, which are often run by non-profits or local churches, is to provide basic goods at a low cost. The items available for sale, or given out for free, will vary and often change. There may be back to school supplies during the fall, winter clothes, sneakers, socks and also free couches or a mattress from a furniture distribution center.
