Federally certified credit counseling agencies provide free phone and video chat consultations in NH. These non-profits do not have a local office though, but all have been approved by the DOJ. The agencies can help negotiate and mediate various debts that consumers may have. They also help people rebuild their FICO scores, provide bankrutcy consultations and free budgeting classes among other programs.
