There are places that give children fee Christmas gifts, food boxes for the parents, Thanksgiving or Christmas meal sites and more. Whether the resident of the Lowndes or Bartow County area is a senior citizen, single mom, disabled, homeless, or facing any hardship, some form of Christmas present or holiday assistance is available.

This is the second major holiday program operator in the region. They offer free Turkey dinners (and may pass them out with all the toppings) to the low income. Other resources range from free Christmas gifts for kids to volunteers who visit seniors and bring them small presents. The Christmas help in part of Angel Tree.
