ACTS Helpline is based in Dumfries, VA 22026 but serves Prince William County. Emergency assistance, including financial (for rent or energy bills), propane, medications, homeless shelters and more. The goal of the church based community organization is to address emergencies. They may offer prevent evictions and reduce homelessness. It wants to help people achieve self-sufficiency. Get emergency rental assistance if you have a 5 day eviction notice or utility help.
