They only help single mothers or women that are pregnant. If an eviction or utility disconnection, money can help pay rent or utility bills.

Rescue Mission of Middle Georgia

This is the center for both Bibb County and Houston County as well as Central Georgia. After recovery, referrals to rental and security deposit assistance is provided. It houses women who survived from domestic violence as well as men batting addiction and/or homelessness.

Family Promise Of Greater Houston County

HUD section 8 vouchers
The HUD section 8 housing program is available here for very low income residents. There is often a waiting list for the low income homes and rent vouchers. Other services including home buying help, self-sufficiency, loans, and other housing programs.
