Henry County Georgia food banks and pantries

Several food pantries in Henry County provide assistance to families across the community. Many children in the region are living in poverty and a large number of households struggle to buy their groceries every month. These food banks can help fill the gap in a household budget and the free or low food provided by them can go a long way to stopping hunger.

Most of the centers are run by charities or even churches in Henry County. Not only may a client be given a box of food from the pantry, but additional support is also offered. This usually includes things such as Christmas or holiday meals, clothing, baby formula, or personal hygiene items. While not as common, it may even be possible for one of these non-profit pantries to offer financial aid.
