In addition to this court representation, the Project partners with other local and government agencies, including the HUD agencies as well as the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. These alternate solutions include repayment plans, payment assistance, special forbearance, refunding, compromise sales, private sales, and loan modifications.

Free legal aid on applying for government benefits in FL, debt relief, and consumer advice

Free legal services are offered to help people deal with complex and sometimes unfair Florida and federal government programs. Free attorneys help with topics including bankruptcy, unemployment insurance benefits, TANF (welfare) benefits, and applications to food stamps.
