St. Vincent de Paul free assistance programs in Clark County Washington.

Many parishes are part of St. Vincent de Paul in Clark County. They offer free material goods to the low income, including coats or shoes, free school supplies or backpacks, Christmas and Thanksgiving food boxes, furniture and more. Some of the St. Vincent de Paul parishes in the Vancouver region may also offer financial help for paying living expenses or certain bills as well, however that is not common.

The assistance from the faith based, volunteer driven Society of Saint Vincent is limited. Especially when it comes to pay for paying rent, bills, or medical needs. There is no discrimination of age, race, religion, or ethnicity; however the applicant needs to be low income or in a crisis. Volunteers and donations from the community provide the Clark County Parishes to offer help. The St. Vincent churches in the region include Proto-Cathedral of St. James the Greater, St. Joseph, Our Lady of Lourdes, as well as Holy Redeemer.
