    The Family Resource Center of Cass County operates this grocery store-style pantry, which also serves hot food through its in-house kitchen program. Clients can choose from fresh produce, frozen proteins, and shelf-stable items. Baby supplies, hygiene products, and household goods also available. Northern Cass County — Belton, Raymore, Peculiar

This area covers the northern portion of the county closest to the Kansas City metro, including Belton, Raymore, and Peculiar.

    The largest pantry in Cass County, serving approximately 240 households per month. Grocery store-style client-choice format with fresh produce, frozen meats, shelf-stable items, baby supplies, hygiene products, and household goods. Also offers wraparound services including housing assistance, utility relief, case management, and Medicaid navigation. A program of the Family Resource Center of Cass County.
     
  • Heart-n-Hand Ministries

    Community food pantry operated in partnership with Belton Assembly of God. Serves all of Cass County. Call for an appointment at the B Street location. Additional mobile distributions held periodically at other Belton locations — call for current schedule.
     
  • South Haven Baptist Church

    The regional community action agency pantry serving Cass County residents. Also provides SNAP and food stamp enrollment assistance, utility help (LIHEAP), housing assistance, and workforce training referrals. Cass County residents only.

    Harvesters partner pantry open to Cass County residents. Regular pantry sessions plus a Harvesters mobile distribution held monthly at the same location. Call for current schedule. Evening hours available on select days, making it accessible for working families.

Central Cass County — Harrisonville Area

Harrisonville is the county seat and the hub for food assistance in central Cass County.

  • Shepherd's Staff Food Pantry

    Operated by the Harrisonville Ministerial Alliance, this is the primary pantry for Harrisonville-area residents. Also serves as a Harvesters Community Food Network distribution site, providing fresh produce and additional food resources. Proof of Cass County residency required.
