In an effort to prevent hunger, food banks across Atlantic County assist low income families as well as people facing a one time crisis. There are non-profit pantries as well as locations based at churches and local charity organizations. Many of them also partner with the state and county government on their food assistance programs.
The resources available at a food pantry in southern New Jersey as well as Atlantic County are focused on struggling households.
