Sonoma County free community clinics.
Several community clinics in the Sonoma County California region are available for low income families and those that are struggling. The centers tend to be fully comprehensive and can address a number of basic medical needs. While some clinics may offer free care, this will generally only be offered for those with the lowest income and that qualify for a charity service program.
Many of the locations in the county run sliding fee scales. This means that patients will need to pay a portion of their income towards their medical bills. If their income is low enough, this is when they may receive services at no cost.
As noted, the programs available in Sonoma are wide ranging. What may be provided includes basic check ups, flu shots, medications, immunizations and more. Some offer dental care as well, such as extractions or basic cleanings.
