Santa Clara County free Christmas and holiday programs.

Non-profits, charities and churches across Santa Clara County help meet the demand for help by passing out free Christmas toys, gifts, food, and meals for low income families in the region. Some may even offer financial aid, referrals, or case management to clients. Thousands of residents will normally receive some form of Christmas help every year. Families often struggle to provide gifts or meals for their families during the holidays.

The free holiday meals are served from churches, charities, or soup kitchens. As long as resources are available, no one will be turned away. Many agencies will also provide children with toys, gifts, and other gently used (or even new) items. They may operate Adopt a Family programs or hold fundraisers and toys drives. The amount of Christmas assistance available in the greater San Jose region is extensive.
