Food Pantries in Rockland County, New York

Rockland County has over 40 active food pantries and meal programs spread across its five towns and villages with the locations listed below. The highest concentration is in Spring Valley and Haverstraw, which are home to large Haitian, Latino, and immigrant communities and are served by multiple pantries, soup kitchens, and daily feeding programs. Kosher food options are available through Tomche Shabbos and the Rhoda Bloom Kosher Food Pantry. People to People in Nanuet is the county's largest single pantry, open five days a week and serving residents from every corner of Rockland with fresh produce, frozen meat, dairy, and shelf-stable groceries.

  • Rockland Community Against Hunger (RCAH) / TOUCH

    RCAH is the county's food assistance coordinating coalition, supporting over 40 pantries and meal programs. Its lead agency, TOUCH – Together Our Unity Can Heal, recovers and delivers food to partner pantries every day and provides emergency food bags for residents with chronic illnesses (by appointment).
