Northeastern Florida free clothing closets, back to school supplies and clothes.

Families that live in northeastern Florida can get some of their basic needs, such as free clothes for general use, school supplies, or furniture met by clothing closets in the region. Sites as well as charities are located in all counties, including Clay, Baker, Columbia and nearby regions. They will provide income qualified families with free clothes, Christmas assistance household goods, birthday gifts, back to school items and more. Many resources are also offered for children and single parents.

While those with the lowest income may receive free supplies, others from the region can shop at a local thrift store. These sites will normally have gently used goods (including clothing and furniture) available at a reduced price. Many of the clothing banks in the region of Nassau and St. Johns County and northeast Florida increase the amount of aid they provide during Christmas or the back to school seasons. So toys, gifts, backpacks, and other goods can be served as well to the needy. There are separate resources available in the greater Duval County region.
