Mortgage help in Minnesota from Chase.

Minnesota homeowners can contact Chase for free face-to-face foreclosure counseling. The lender has opened a Loan-Counseling Center in Edina Minnesota which will help people in Minneapolis as well as St. Paul and throughout the state. Programs primarily focus on homeowners that have a mortgage that is serviced by Chase or EMC.

JP Morgan Chase has created the Minnesota homeownership centers so that borrowers can meet face to case with mortgage counselors. Studies have shown that this form of communication is much more effective at finding solutions to a mortgage hardship than endless phone calls.

People who are struggling with paying their home loans will have access to a wide-range of programs and initiatives, all of which are aimed at helping families avoid a foreclosure and stay in their homes whenever possible. Programs are focused at those families who are currently behind on their mortgage, and help is available for people who may be current on their loans but face imminent financial hardship that may cause them to fall behind on their monthly payments.

Mortgage assistance programs offered in Minnesota by Chase

Some of the mortgage assistance programs offered at the Minnesota counseling center include access to highly trained advisors. These professionals will assist customers whose financial situation and circumstances have changed and are no longer able to make their scheduled monthly mortgage payment. Of course the homeowners needs to want to avoid foreclosure and stay in their home. Among other services offered, the Chase trained advisors will evaluate the borrowers finances, review possible workout options and loan modifications, and answer any questions that the homeowner may have.

Every week Chase is helping hundreds of homeowners across Minneapolis St. Paul, as well as the entire state, find solutions to their mortgage challenges.

The Chase loan counseling center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. If you want an appointment, or to get more information, dial the Minneapolis center at 952-831-3001.
