The lender has opened a Loan-Counseling Center in Edina Minnesota which will help people in Minneapolis as well as St. Paul and throughout the state. Programs primarily focus on homeowners that have a mortgage that is serviced by Chase or EMC.
JP Morgan Chase has created the Minnesota homeownership centers so that borrowers can meet face to case with mortgage counselors. Studies have shown that this form of communication is much more effective at finding solutions to a mortgage hardship than endless phone calls.
