Programs from Metro Lutheran Ministry.
Emergency assistance for families is offered from the Metro Lutheran Ministry Community Care program. The Kansas City Missouri charity organization can help the less fortunate and people facing a crisis situation.
Clients who turn to the agency tend to be faced with poverty, unemployment, chronic dependence, and unexpected crises. So while the ministry may be able to help with an immediate need, they know this is not a long term solution and will try to direct clients to other resources.
