Marion and Morrow County Ohio free food pantries.

Free food pantries in both Marion and Morrow County provide short as well as long term assistance. Low income families, senior citizens, the unemployed, homeless and others can receive everything from a hot meal to a box of groceries. Other support (as noted below) may also be available.

When it comes to long term needs, the food pantries often have case managers on site. They can help people apply for Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) vouchers, SNAP food stamps, and USDA commodities among other benefits. Many locations also have soup kitchens on site. There may also be free Easter or Thanksgiving dinners as well as Christmas meals or boxes of food.

Some food banks also have other resources available for long term needs, and that may be everything from clothing for work or school to hygiene supplies, household supplies, and more. The main locations in both Morrow and Morrow County are below.
