Whether it is money for paying rent, a mortgage, or utility bills, or food or medications, assistance is available. The faith based church group in Mississippi combines this financial support along with worship and counseling from its ministry service.

The public in cities such as Jones and Waynesboro can apply for funds in a crisis. Or if the Salvation Army does not have money available, they will offer a voucher or in kind goods from the thrift store.
