There are resources provided by non-profit agencies, including churches, charities, and government social service centers. Clients may find everything from free groceries to holiday food boxes, hygiene supplies, diapers, and more.

Not only may a Jasper County food bank offer a box of groceries, but they often coordinate other social services in the region too. Pantries are known to offer additional support such as the free use of computers to search for a job. Case managers can help with applications to food stamps, offer Thanksgiving or Christmas meals, and offer goods from the pantry. There are also school supplies, baby clothing and infant formula for new moms, and financial aid too.

The hours are Tuesday and Thursday. This emergency food pantry will distribute supplemental food items and help feed families in a crisis.

There are several in Jasper County. They help kids of all ages, and serve a free nutritious breakfast, lunch or small healthy snacks.
