Dozens of community clinics are located across Colorado. Most of them offer low income and/or uninsured patients either low cost or free health as well as other forms of medical care. Many of them offer services that are based on a sliding fee scale. So lower income and uninsured patients that live in the state pay little or no money for medical care.
The number and variety of services offered will vary based upon the center near you, listed below. Some free Colorado community clinics will offer prescription medications and dental care, while others may provide just basic general check ups and such services as immunizations.
