Additional Christmas programs in Clark County
Santa’s Posse is available, and has been operating since 1997. The Rotary Club, KinderCare Learning Centers as well as Clark County Washington Sheriff’s Office operate this. They collect food, toys, personal goods, clothing, stocking stuffers, and more. They then pass out those goods to less fortunate families in the community, and over 1000 kids are typically assisted each year.
Two other resources that provide free items at Christmas include the People In Need Program as well as Toys for Tots. They combine guidance from the US Marine Corps with new, unwrapped donations of clothing, toys, and more from the community. Both can help working poor families and other struggling households.
