Warren County and Bowling Green food pantries.

In an emergency, a food pantry in Warren County may be able to help. The locations, most of which are charity run or non-profits, provide families with a number of resources. The pantries may pass out free groceries, serve meals from a soup kitchen, and offer seasonal holiday help. Many of the Bowling Green centers also help with applying for SNAP food stamps.

The assistance is wide ranging. As an example, the local Bowling Green Feeding America site not only can refer families to a free food pantry, but they operate services such as the backback program. Often a location will have other, basic needs too. This depends on locations, but it is not uncommon for a food bank to offer free clothing, Christmas toys or meals, and school supplies. The goal it to not turn any resident away, but resources are limited.
