Education, Skills Enhancement or Business Assistance will help increase the economic self-sufficiency and income of households by helping them acquire new skills and start businesses. Low-income workers from the community are provided with training and assistance to enhance their skills. Resources offered include financial assistance for tuition, social support, affordable child care, and transportation expenses related to returning to school.
