Free food pantries and groceries in Belmont County Ohio.

Assistance from Belmont County food banks, soup kitchens and free pantries is effective at feeding struggling families. Clients of the centers, many of which are charities, include the working poor, elderly, unemployed, single moms and others. Everything from free groceries to personal hygiene items, applications to SNAP food stamps, and other support is given from a pantry near you, listed below. Also find more food programs/referrals at the bottom of the page.

The goal is to not turn a hungry or needy person away. Even if one of the free food pantries has empty cupboards, or if the location has a more strict application policy, then a referral will be given instead. In almost all cases any family in need can get help. Items may be cereal, pasta and sauce, baby formula, frozen meat or vegetables, and much more. Some even have free Thanksgiving, or Christmas meals, or toys for kids od operate a free Meals on Wheels Service in Belmont County..
