Hi Joline,
You did not say what area, so we can't send specific local options. But you mention the food and couponing. Maybe try AI these days and find details on how to use AI for extreme couponing. In addition to that, use the search feature and the site to look for other options for your Chase bill, pantries and more.

Can you please help? The bill is for $313.72 to Chase for my groceries last month and other bills. How can I use the coupons to save money on our food?
My son Derek lost his job and has been looking for work for over a month and lives with me. His fiancé is attending college and has no job and also lives with us. I am a custodian with the school district and have a salary of $27,000 before taxes. I can barely pay bills let alone food for us to eat. Can you please help us?
Thank you

Well. Only buy necessities. Like chicken, vegetables, soups and bread. Don't buy pop, junk food and deserts. Also buy things that are full of protein and nutrients. Buying cheap food such as t.v dinners is definitely the fastest way to make a meal. But they are filled with carbohydrates that require you to eat more to fill satisfied. So you will eat more to feel full. That costs more. So even though buying certain meal may sound more expensive, a good chicken dinner with fresh vegetables and potatoes will be better for you and your wallet in the long run!

A couple great grocery saving tip. Vever buy high priced branded goods; instead buy a a product that has the same quality of those expensive goods and you will get the same benefit without spending more. You need to plan your weekly meals ahead of time so you can buy and get the best deals to save money. This would avoid you overspending on goods invaluable or missing some ingredients that are needed.
