Where in Brooklyn will help me pay bills?

Good evening,
My sister and I are currently looking for assistance to prevent becoming evicted from our Brooklyn apartment with both rent and electric past due. We recently went to court and have until June 9th to make payment. We've been here since 2024 and would love to stay. Unfortunately, we are behind due to some personal and professional issues.
If there is any funding available, we would greatly appreciate it.

Hello,
My name is Kristen and I am living in Brooklyn, NY. I tried going to public assistance for help with my back bills for con Edison and National grid and was told something totally different so now my home is without light and gas since before the summer started. I am waiting on my social security hearing to find out about my benefits so I will be able to pay what I can but the companies want what they want and not what I can afford to pay. At one point I had no income whatsoever coming in and everything just racked up. To the point even the late charges added up and they still removed my meter and then came and shut my hot water off. Please I'm in need of assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
