I am a single mother of 3 special needs kids. I am currently homeless and jobless with my youngest child. We are in a bad emotional and mental situation where we are staying. We have our own place as of August 1st.
But I owe a back power bill and I'm having trouble paying it off. So, at the moment we aren't able to hook the power up. Partners are willing to help but I have to find others to help also.
