On leave of absence

I am in need of temporary emergency assistance while on a leave of absence. I had knee surgery yesterday, August 22, 20121 and will be off work for 4 to 6 weeks on this leave of absence from work. I have found rent assistance from Project now in kewanee but I'm having a very difficult time funding help with my phone, car, etc. I am just looking for temporary financial assistance until I can go back to work. I'm worried that I'm going to lose my car and phone which is my only transportation and only communications with work and my daughter.
