Re: Live right outside Miami and need help and everyone turned me down

Just a note to anyone reading this too - NEVER mail cash or send money directly to someone you only know from the internet. There are unfortunately scams around (maybe this one but not 100% sure so we kept it up) and no one here has any way to verify someone's situation. However it is worded very questionable - so NEVER send money. Here is our scam warning page.

But Jasmine if your family is really in trouble, write it normal as we can't tell like I said if this is a scam. And asking for a $3,000 check from strangers is forbidden here. If you are really in need, see the Dade County assistance program page for other places to try.

Please help me I really need your help my family are in debt and I want to help them I really need $$3,000. I want to help my family is there any way you can send me $3,000 as soon as possible I need it this week. Please I beg of you I want to help my family.
I've contacted every church in Florida asking for your help and I've contacted St Vincent de Paul Society they told me over the phone that they don't want to help me. I've contacted my local church and they refused to help me and I contacted every St Vincent de Paul Society in Dade County Florida and every church in Florida such as St Bernard De Clairvaux, Fulford United Methodist Church, Greater Grace Church Miami, Holy Family Catholic Church, St Mary Missionary Baptist Church, North Miami Beach Church-Nazarene, St Lawrence Catholic Church, First Baptist Church, All Nations Presbyterian Church, Words of Life Fellowship Church, Rescue Church Miami, Christian Congregation in the United St, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, The Universal Church, Vieira Miami, Assemble Evangelical de North Miami, Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary – Miami’s Vincent de Paul Society in FL – Bradenton, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Charlotte County, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Lee County, St Vincent de Paul Society FL – Naples, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - North Broward , St Vincent de Paul Society FL – Orlando. St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Palm Beach, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Pasco County, St Vincent de Paul Society FL – Pensacola, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Port Charlotte, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Port Saint Lucie, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - Punta Gordo, St Vincent de Paul Society FL – Sarasota, St Vincent de Paul Society FL - St. Petersburg (Central Council), St Vincent de Paul Society FL - St. Petersburg (South Pinellas), St Vincent de Paul Society FL – Venice. I've spoken to every church and none of them want to help me and they said I'm not local that I should contact St Mary Magdalen Church in sunny isles which I've already done and constantly getting rejected by numerous of churches.
All I ask of you is to please help my family.
It's like every church I ask they always say to me they don't want to help and they send me to someone else and I constantly get rejected. People donate to help people no matter where they are or how small the community is or where they are located. I've contacted every church in Florida and every single one of them refused to help me and told me to contact this person or this church but every time I try even if it's local or not local nobody cares to help someone that is struggling. I've been in church my entire life and believe in good and that churches want to help no matter where people are located but no churches want to help. People donate to help people worldwide in any situations that is what people and churches should do which is to help people but they don't want to help or tells me they will keep me in their prayers or they give me an email or number sending me to someone else guarantee me they will help but when I constantly contact everyone and I end up getting rejected because I'm not local or if I'm local near them they say no or they send me somewhere else to get more rejections. I've contacted every single church, and all rejected me even the one in my community St Mary Magdalen Church also rejected me. I just want to help my family.
Please help me I just want to help my family. I need your help is there any way you can help me and my family by sending me $3,000 check through mail? Is there any way you can mail me the money at?

I want to express my sincerest appreciation for Jon McNamara and all of those that make it possible for this incredible website needhelppayingbills.com to exist. I have found many useful resources, and it is the go-to website to find real solutions to life-changing situations. I personally know how wasteful it seems to go night after night researching leads that end up in dead ends or calling phone numbers and organizations that claim they can help but for whatever reason or restriction do not do so. I would honestly love to be a part of the team and help others just as much as I can and would be able to once my situation has improved.
I am also emailing because I am in Miami, Florida and many of the section 8 housing vouchers, public housing, and project housing waiting lists have been closed indefinitely. My parents are moving to a 3rd world country because they cannot afford to live on their retirement alone and have expressed sorrow that there is no room or place for me where they are going. Homelessness and hunger is my destination if I don't find a way to overcome it. The best resource I have is calling several low-income apartments but most of them require a low-limit income restriction (that I cannot meet) along with the high-limit income restriction which I am always under.
After four months of researching online for housing and general assistance for all my mind, and after calling several organizations and private low-income apartments, praying to God, and crying several nights, I have not produced anything that can avoid my outcome. So, I seek your guidance and assistance, since it has helped me before, in avoiding what seems to me my inevitable future of homelessness in Miami, Fl. Thank you in advance for your efforts and consideration; I hope your findings have a real-solution effect.

Hi,
My name is Alexandra. I’m 32 years old and have recently just been the victim of a crime. My debit and ID were stolen, and a man broke into my apartment and stole my television, computer and 2 phones. I need help bad. I made a police report with the city of Miami.
They never tried to arrest him and called it a domestic issue because he insisted that we were a couple even though I had told him I was not interested in a relationship with him. He held me in my apartment for 2 hours and violently terrorized me at knife point until I was able to run from the apartment bleeding and shaking.
The traumatic experiences this man had continuously caused for over two weeks left me in a crisis situation where I’ve been forced to leave my home I had managed to rent happily and peacefully until he started the stalking and violent rampages breaking into my apartment by busting out 3 windows and then breaking through my lock using a tool or knife has left me with no money, debit card charges, missing electronics and contacts which had numbers I could get pet sitting and dog walking gigs for supplemental income while I searched for another vet tech position.
I was laid off from my job at saint Francis 24 hr. animal hospital in Miami after I was hospitalized myself in ICU for losing consciousness and going into a coma due to a rare genetic protein and blood disorder that doesn’t allow my body to process protein the same as most people. I’ve also been diagnosed with a pseudo tumor in my brain and have an appointment in November with a neuro-optometrist at Bascom palmer.
Stress is the one thing that aggravates this literal swelling of the brain with fluid. And traumatic head injury I’ve experienced as well. On top of that I found out I had contracted hep c when I started attempting to overdose myself with heroin, so I’d die. It was a dark time. I had been in an extremely abusive relationship for 3 years and decided I’d rather sleep on the street than with an abusive stockbroker I also worked for in an ocean front condo we lived in.
My father and I are estranged. He beat me so badly while drunk and on a cocaine binge when I was age 19 that he broke 5 bones in my back which severed my sciatic nerve and left me virtually unable to walk until a surgeon took out the pieces of bone. My mother is working so hard to help me with what she does help me with, which is about 100.00 a week. I
desperately need some kind of financial or credit assistance as I’ve never had a cc and only in the past year started using bank debit. She has little time to really see me or talk often on phone and I can’t always rely on her for my moments of crisis. It’s been difficult to find work - my license is suspended due to an unpaid speeding ticket and some other fines and fees totaling about 900.00. I can’t even get a driving job now without getting a valid license, a used car and auto insurance plus tag. I feel like I’m desperately trying to swim out of this riptide of financial pressure and keep get swept out to sea further.
I’m waiting for EBT to process my application which could take up to 30 days. I’m ashamed to say that I’ve had to steal food from the grocery store a few times to be able to eat something. I’m trying very desperately to find some help or resources that will help me get back on my feet and with a steady paying job. My felony convictions from 6 years ago make a lot of jobs unable to hire because I don’t pass a background check that’s required. Please help me get some emergency assistance or enroll in a way to work plan or something asap. Thank you so much. Again, my name is Alexandra in the city of Miami.

there are resources for both Miami as well as the greater Dade County area. Both have programs for new moms. they have free furniture for apartments, financial aid, food, and more for moms and kids as well.

I am a soon to be new mom and just moved into a little apartment in Miami for me to bring my baby home to. My boyfriend and I have both been working, but my job has been cutting my hours for several month, so finding a place to live has been challenging.
I recently applied for unemployment and have been denied, we don't get food stamps, or cash assistance and I only get a little bit of WIC, we don't know how we are going to pay the rent while I'm home with the new born. My due date is October 15th, but she could come anytime, we are looking for any kind of help. My boyfriend is also looking for another part time job, and I have been looking for another job since April with no luck and I really can't take a new job now just weeks away from delivery.
We want to stay in our place in Miami and really have nowhere to go if the rent does not get not get paid. The rent is 500 a month, even half of that would help so much. We are so grateful for everything we get and really just need help for the month of October until I can get back to work.
