Disconnect on my water service

Called for help with water bill and as got a disconnect a day ago and now had been disconnected. Someone returned my phone call today from Homestead, PA and proceeded to tell me even if I was sick and unable to pay water bill, if I had any income I should have gotten someone else to take care of or pay my bill.
What kind of help did this lead to? I ended up hanging up on her as her attitude and so-called service was completely inappropriate and insulative.
Please respond with explanation to such service.

We hope some of the programs / agencies listed cover water - but not sure and need to call.

Hello, I'm in need of help with paying my water bill as I got a disconnect notice.
I've been without water for three days now. I finally figured out the problem both of my toilets had leaking issues. I had no idea until I got my bill a few days ago in the mail and by then it was too late I wasn't able to come up with the money before the shut off date due to paying other monthly bills and parts for the toilets. The amount was $510 when my bill should be at least $150 tops. I won't be able to afford this for a couple weeks because I budget everything out before my bills are due.
I just bought this mobile home in November its my first time ever buying a home I never imagined being behind on bills. Ive been struggling since I lost my job back in January due to getting Covid. I was really sick for a month. I finally just got hired and start my new job thankfully next week. If you guys are able to help out I would be more than happy to pay it back or come make an offering every other week till it's paid off.

Try disability of course if you were born with that rheumatoid arthritis. But even that will not be enough to live on - you need a job. Find other options here too including water bill help in Tucson.
Great for you in doing side jobs, but you may need something more stable.

I have had since I was infant ...I'm am a single mother fighting for disability and I live in a home with a friend that's disabled but is secondary on deed to home and pays all bill thru parents and side jobs...We currently have no WATER service from a disconnect and I'll its getting cold outside....the bill ran to high and we couldn't catch up.....we have limited to no income in home and need you are help. To Whom It May Concern: I need help paying My Water Utility Bill as i got a Disconnect Notice. As it has gone up from $50.00 -$60.00 per month since I’ve lived here, to in the past few months from $70.00 to almost $400.00 which is My latest bill. The Water Company has sent Me a Notice of Intent to Terminate My Water Service if I do not pay My water bill immediately.
The Rental Management company has sent plumbers’ out here to fix the problem, but the water bills still keeps getting higher and higher; Which Leads Me to believe that the problem is on The Gwinnet County Department of Water Resources’ Part. I would appreciate Your help with advice legal on the disconnect and otherwise on what can be done to resolve this situation ASAP; As I am disabled, low income and a senior citizen and this situation is causing further financial and health hardships and duress on Me.
