I currently receive snap food benefits monthly and I am also supposed to receive heap credit -- but it's delayed because of the government shut down. But the heap credit is only for rightly $ 400.00... unfortunately my national grid electric bill is $300 dollars this much because I have been having a hard time keeping up and affording it.
Is there any other program I could be accepted for? If so, could someone mail me some applications?
