Have no income in Kane County and need money

Hi, my name is Sheila. I'm writing to you on regards to my Daughter & her four small children. She lives in Aurora Illinois. Her water has been shut off for a month now. She's on aid and working too. Her rent is $1100 hundred a month. Her Electricity is around $ 300 a month. Her water bill ran up to $500 because the the toilets won't flush properly. The landlord won't update toilets. She had to let the Garbage cans go because she can't afford them anymore. I take her Garbage disposal and to help her. I'm asking for your help to get her water turned back on and pay her other bills.

I have been using my Savings account to supplement my income, and now I am out of money. I need help with my Home Mortgage, food and other bills.
I receive Social Security every month, but it's not enough to pay my home mortgage. Can you help me please? I don't want to loose my house and go bankrupt.
