Hello, my name is John, my wife Susan and I are homeless and need help with a place to stay or live. I can do carpentry work and I'm a pretty good mechanic as well.
I've made some bad decision in my past so with. I cannot find a job anywhere around her. My wife is 50 years old and I'm 37 she has worked for a couple of the factories there in Maysville KY.
They fired her BC she got sick, and they made her go home. Well she went back the next day and worked her whole shift and at the end of the day they came up to her and said we just need to let you know your being terminated...

No one will cover those expenses until your job, income stars. Maybe you can try a shelter for the unhoused in your area. Stay there for a bit, start your job, build your savings, etc.

My family is currently homeless, we are a family of three which includes 5 year old boy who is supposed to start kindergarten this year. We are staying with my mother and father but its temporary, they have made it clear they do no not want us here and want us to find a place to live a.s.a.p.
We have no money in savings for rent and don’t have the money to get into a place right now. My boyfriend works a full-time job and I just started my new job. We are trying to help ourselves and do what we can , in no way do we expect a handout but some assistance and support would help tremendously. So you want any and all help? As we have a key page that lists rental assistance programs. There are intended to stabilize a situation for a client, so they may benefit your situation and also help you stabilize your life. There are many resources to try, and use these in order to get help with rent.
But as far as coming up with the money, you need to get a job with a higher income. Or live somewhere to save. So you just need to get your finances in order as well.

Lancaster deposit programs are rare, but you can apply for a grant. Also, the agency that issued your section 8 voucher may have suggestions for you. So ask them for information too. I am 3 months pregnant and my fiancé and I are as of recently homeless. He has a job and I am currently awaiting for my cosmetology license to come so I can start working as well. Our situation would require finding some kind of rental assistance of sorts. We have found an apartment the only problem is we need to get in now but our financial reality at this point in time makes that impossible. If we receive assistance of any kind it would be a one time thing. If we weren't already homeless and needing a place to live we would be able to save for a month or two for the damage deposit and first months rent, but we don't have one to two months to wait around. Many charities and government agencies have special programs for the currently homeless to help them find low income housing. The housing and urban development agency may be a great bet for you if you are homeless. Yes, many profits programs for victims of domestic violence exist. Read about Cleveland rent assistance charities, agencies, and government programs. Try calling places like the Salvation Army of Cuyahoga County at 216.588.9376 or the Harry Ratner/Samuel D. and May Wise Human Service Funds (216) 566-1262. Both either have rental grant programs and deposits for Cleveland families, or they can refer you to other agencies in the Cuyahoga County Ohio area.

So you need help getting into a home or apartment. The government created with Obama stimulus money a rapid rehousing program. It is called homeless prevention and rapid rehousing. Money can be available for security deposits, first months rent, and even counselors can locate an affordable home for you, and provide counseling (such as budgeting and debt reduction) to ensure you stay on track once you get situated.

Iv been homeless for 1yr now,I saved enough money to put down my first months rent which the lease is due to start July 1,2011. Due to my current health disability I'm not able to pay the security deposit or last month requirement.
